200x D/U + 50x Burpees
150x Wall Balls (20/14)
200x D/U + 50x Burpees

1 Partner working at a time during wallballs


If a partner finishes the D/U’s or Burpees before the other partner finishes theirs, that partner may jump in to help complete the remaining reps and may work at the same time.


*I joined Crossfit Lighthouse a little over two years ago and it was one of the best healthcare decisions that I have ever made. Before Crossfit I had always belonged to a gym but the workouts had become boring and I had lost most of my motivation to workout.
