  • 3-Position Snatch (floor, below knee, above knee) – 60%, 65%, 70%, 75%, 80%, max

Open Workout 16.4

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 13 minutes of:
55 deadlifts
55 wall-ball shots
55-calorie row
55 handstand push-ups

Men deadlift 225 lb. and throw 20-lb. ball to 10-ft. target
Women deadlift 155 lb. and throw 14-lb. ball to 9-ft. target

Here is some additional lifts. The lifts must be done in Olympic Lifting area and after your class on your own time and must not affect the current class.

  • Snatch Pull – 100% (of sn) x 4 sets x 3 reps
  • Back Squat – 70% x 5, 75% x 5, 80% x 5, 5RM
  • Push Press – 70% x 5, 75% x 5, 5RM

I walked into CrossFit Lighthouse I in May of 2014 having exhausted the usual gym routines, home personal trainers and multiple home training video’s. From barely finishing a WOD scaled to ability, my personal progression to Rx, acquiring skills of double-under jump rope, muscle-ups and the endurance achieved has improved my health immensely.
