FOUNDATION CLASSES: $99

Foundation classes are mandatory for all beginners.

The Foundation Class teaches you the foundational movements and terminology of CrossFit. This program will get your body acclimated to our intense CrossFit Workouts and give you and us an idea of where you are physically. These classes are approximately 1 hour long and our conducted on Tuesday and Thursday at 8PM.

Trial classes are not be combined with any other offer and they are for Non-CrossFitters who want to try it out for the first time. Our trial classes are by appointment only and will held at CrossFit Lighthouse at 2450 Charles Ct. Bellmore NY 11710 at (call or email for appointment). It is recommended that you wear comfortable gym clothes, don’t eat approximately 2 hours before and be well hydrated.

*Well, maybe its an addiction. Almost four months ago, July 1st to be exact, I decided to get my health back in order and get myself into better shape.
