5 Bear Complex ( Complex power clean, front squat, push press, back squat, then push press. Completion of all five lifts counts as one rep.) (115/80)
400 Meter Run**Do not drop the bar bell during the Bear Complex**
** For every time you drop the bar you have to do a 30 sec wall sit, add up the drops during the WOD and hold when you are done**
