Nutrition Classes lose weight fast at CrossFit Lighthouse in N Bellmore NY 11710.

The Nutrition Classes will help you lose weight fast and give you the tools and know how to keep it off.  It will be held at CrossFit Lighthouse weekly.

Coach Amanda will be instructing the Nutrition Classes, you will meet once a week for weigh in, nutrition tips and measurements will be done monthly to track your progress.

What to expect:   When coming in there will be approximately 30 minute consultation of classroom instruction, measurements, weigh ins and photos.  You will be provided with measuring equipment and handouts with the breakdown of the nutrition information and some recipes.  You will also be getting weekly emails with additional workouts to spike your metabolism.  The best part of the nutrition classes is that you will not be feeling hungry or lethargic.

Results:  Some of our clients have had such quick weight loss they had to do a total wardbrode change in a soon as three months.  It will also help your perform optimally in your CrossFit workouts and daily life.

Cost:  For active Lighthouse members it will be $75 for initial consultation and $50 a month thereafter.   For non-members $125 for initial consultation and $100 a month thereafter.

*Well, maybe its an addiction. Almost four months ago, July 1st to be exact, I decided to get my health back in order and get myself into better shape.
