BBW: Take 15 minutes to work up to a Heavy Power Snatch.

EMOM 15

  • For time:
  • Even minute 25 Foot Shuttle Runs
  • Odd minute 25 Double Unders or 50 Single Unders

Score is total shuttle runs. If you fail on your Double Unders or Single Unders within the minute you must do 5 Burpees on the Even minute before starting Shuttle Runs.
