Warm Up:
Coaches choice
2 Person Team 115/75
20 Strict Press
30 OHS
40 Push Press
50 Front Squat
60 Push Jerks
70 Back Squats
80 Deadlift
Reps broken up however you want. Partner who isn’t working must hold the bar over head for the presses, in the rack position for the squats, at the top of deadlift for the deadlift.
If one drops the bar the other one must also.


*I joined Crossfit Lighthouse a little over two years ago and it was one of the best healthcare decisions that I have ever made. Before Crossfit I had always belonged to a gym but the workouts had become boring and I had lost most of my motivation to workout.
