WOD:
3 rounds for time:
20 Air Squats
20 Burpees
20 Push Ups

Core:
Planks
1 min plank straight arms
30 sec plank on elbows
1 min leg raise (30 sec each leg)
1 min side plank (30 sec each side)
1 min plank on elbow
30 sec plank straight arms
