Warm Up
100 Double Unders or 300 Single Unders.. Coach will choice who is it.  Followed by..
7 Minute Crab Walk Tag.. Play Tag while doing crab walks, each time a player is tagged they have to do 5 burppes to get back in the game
STRENGTH
Find your 1RM Snatch. We are on a de-load week. I want everybody to attempt a 1 Rep Max on the following you have from Monday to Sunday: Back Squat, Snatch, Strict Press, Bench Press, Clean & Jerk and find your Max Reps on Strict Pull Ups. You don’t have to follow the order but you need to get it done this week.
