10 TEAM MED BALL SIT UPS. (TEAM SITS OPPOSITE EA. OTHER. START BY LEANING BACK WITH MED BALL EXTENDED OVERHEAD, LEAN BACK, TOUCH THE GROUND, SIT UP, PASS TO PARTNER TILL THE BALL TOUCHES THE GROUND 10 X’S)
