(START BY LAYING FLAT ON THE GROUND WITH THE BAR BELL IN THE LOCKED OUT POSITION. KEEP YOR FEET TOGETHER AND LOCKED OUT AND RAISE THEM TO TOUCH THE WEIGHT ON THE LEFT SIDE OF THE BARBELL. LOWER YOUR LEGS TO THE FLOOR, THEN RAISE THEM AND TOUCH THE OTHER SIDE WEIGHT. EACH TIME YOUR FEET TOUCH IS A REP)
