THIS WARM UP IS ALL ABOUT FOCUSING ON FORM.

SPEND THE 1ST 5 MIN  (BAR ONLY) PERFORM 5 MOVEMENTS IN EACH POSITION   ROTATE THROUGH

FROM THE HIGH HANG

FROM THE HANG ( FROM JUST ABOVE THE KNEE)

FROM THE GROUND

APROX 10 MIN ADDING WEIGHT AND PERFORM 1 OF EACH MOVEMENT. INCREASE WEIGHTS  APPROPRIATELY
